Center for Chaplaincy Clinical Pastoral Education Day
The Center for Chaplaincy at Hood Theological Seminary will host a hybrid Clinical Pastoral Education Day on Monday, November 7, 2022 , 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (EST) via the Zoom portal.
This event can accommodate 50 people for the in-person experience, and this event will take place virtually as well. Please register in advance. If you plan to attend virtually, you will receive the Zoom link once you register to attend the event virtually. To register, please CLICK HERE.
From 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., you will hear from three panelists who will share about chaplaincy and the intersection between chaplaincy, the academy, and the local church. Lunch will be provided for the in-person attendees from noon until 1:00 p.m. After lunch there will be brief presentations regarding the uniqueness of CPE intern programs, engageing dialogue and answer inquiries for those in attendance. This event is an opportunity to educate further HTS students and the community-at-large about the various aspects of chaplaincy.
