Dr. Kirby is the associate pastor for Pastoral Care and Counseling at First Presbyterian Church in Salisbury. He is an ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA), having served at churches in Alabama and Virginia before coming to North Carolina. He is a member of the Society for Pastoral Theology and the American Association of Pastoral Counselors.
