General

If you are leader looking for a Doctor of Ministry program with a broad focus on multiple areas of ministry, you should consider the general DMin. In the general DMin, you will still have the same three major components: seminars (3), electives (6), and a ministry project and professional paper. Your electives can span any of our ministry focus areas – pastoral care and theology, leadership ministry, community advocacy and social justice ministry, or homiletics / preaching. You are then able to select your project / professional topic from any these areas. We will also intentionally ensure that each student has a faculty advisor and/or a project mentor who possesses advanced graduate level training and/or practical experience in the area of your project / professional paper.
